Accessing and using this website and placing orders constitute full acceptance of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected misuse or legal non-compliance. In such cases, the customer will be notified and refunded in full if payment has already been processed.

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, and to comply with industry standards and safety regulations, we adhere to the following policy:
All sales are final. Because these are research chemicals whose integrity depends on storage and handling conditions we cannot verify once a package leaves our control, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we cannot resell returned material. This applies whether or not the vial has been opened.
In addition, refunds or free replacements are issued at no cost to you in the following cases:
To qualify for an exception, the customer must: (a) notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order; (b) provide photo evidence of the issue; and (c) the product must remain unopened and unused.
Orders are shipped with tracking via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Delivery times may vary by carrier and location. The Company is not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or import/export restrictions applicable to the destination jurisdiction. The customer is responsible for verifying the legality of receiving the products in their state/country.
This website and its products are intended for persons 21 years of age or older. By using the site and making purchases, the user confirms they meet the minimum age requirement. The Company may request proof of age and/or proof of qualification as a researcher at any time.
We collect only the data necessary to process orders and provide support (name, contact, shipping address and payment data). We do not sell personal data to third parties and share it only with operators strictly necessary to fulfill orders (carrier, payment processor). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeus Aminos shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products. The Company's total liability, in any event, is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
